Hi Everybody
I have finished my latest game! The Road North is a surreal journey of violence in medieval Europe. Two wanderers make their way home after a bloody battle only to find there is nothing left to return to.
The game was made in only 1 week, for the FuckThisJam gamejam. The idea was to combine Infinite Running games and Walking Simulators. What I have ended up creating is a dark and atmospheric journey through a surreal and violent wasteland.
I have some big ideas for an extended version of this demo including multiple characters, political and environmental simulations and a procedurally generated narrative of treachery, assassinations and religious war.
