Wasn't WBII exactly the same? It had a practically non existent scenario, just a conquer all provinces objective.
The original WBC2 campaign was fantastic and this already looks much better. And with all TPC improvements... This is going to be great. Time to conquer Etheria again.

So excited for this! Love the story-focused campaigns but sometimes it's nice to just paint the map.
Maybe adding a tier upgrading capability for the regions would be better like the conquer the world campaign in Rise of Nations.
