TPC_beta_v0.7.1_patch file - The Protectors of Etheria

This patch brings a lot of bug fixes, a workable Perks system and popup help when leveling up. Annoying food limit now works properly every time, casting blink and other spells no longer cause crashes, and you will no longer hear "Your Quest is about to expire!" every 5 seconds when playing with knights. Perks tab is now unlocked, giving access to new buffs and more options. Currently, all heroes start with left perks enabled (Good, Saint, Aristocratic, Altruistic, Timid) regardless of race and class, but we will change that in the future. The Spells and Perks tab now has a popup help much like the original stats and skills tabs. The spells popup shows the spells description, level and spellcasting chance while the perks popup just shows the effects of the chosen feat.
