Tired of choosing your unions based on everybody's tier lists? Well, here ye go.
A surprisingly simple to use (but a pain to make, my god) spreadsheet for setting up your crew (and creating your own tier list).
Made a spreadsheet in LibreOffice Calc to help with union matters because I don't want to chose based on everybody's tier lists. It currently includes the 35 UL's that I are available to me (Welcome to the Second Disk). Not gonna bother adding the rest until I get to them.
It's designed for the units’ designated sheets to be edited instead of the Unions one.
Constructive criticism is welcome.
Instructions
Extract the 7zip file wherever you'd like and open the .ods.
The only editing you should ever do on the Unions sheet is changing the filters (to switch between Default and Custom Stats, reorganize the Unions themselves, etc.) or something cosmetic. All changes specific to the Units themselves should be made on their respective sheet.
To open hyperlinks, ctrl-click the "[link]".
To reveal spoilers within the Background boxes: left-click > Background Color > No Fill.
The "(do not delete)" sheet can be ignored. Otherwise, be sure to read the notes throughout before touching anything since it'll affect every sheet.

Custom columns
The three Custom columns on the far right (Primary Secondary Tertiary) are already filled in for my own purposes. You should edit them as you see fit, especially since I realized post-release that a few[?] of the units were mislabeled (e.g.: Both instead of Combat).
If you're curious to know how a non-expert decides his Unions, here's how they work (IIRC lul):
For each unit, subtract their STR and INT from eachother in whichever order creates a positive result.
In Allan's case,
- 54 (STR) - 22 (INT) = 32 (result).
- Put that in the Secondary cell.
- Now, since his STR stat is 32 points higher than his INT stat, put Combat in the Primary cell.
- Since the difference is so high, put the same in the Tertiary cell.
- Therefor, Allan is a Combat Arts only case for my Unions.
In Caedmon's case,
- his Primary was still Combat because of the 12 point difference
- (I subtracted SPD from STR for some reason. 🤷🏿♂️ Should be 10),
- but the Tertiary cell was set to Both because it's so close.
- Therefor, Caedmon would ideally be placed in a Combat Arts Union that occasionally uses Mystic Arts.
- I suspect there was an additional reason for him being primarily Combat Arts instead of Both considering he has a single CA and 5+ MA's, but I don't recall. It's very likely that he's one of the Units I leveled incorrectly before paying attention. 😐
In Darien's case,
- his Primary was also Combat because it's only a 14 point difference,
- but I decided to make his Tertiary Com-Ite (Combat & Item Arts).
- Likely because of his Item Arts loadout tbh.
- Therefor, he's in a CA Union that also does MA and IA with Gabriel below.
In Gabriel's case,
- his Primary was (of course) Combat because of the 12 point difference,
- but his Tertiary is Trio (Combat Arts, Mystic Arts, and Item Arts).
- Likely because of his loadout.
- Therefor, he's in a CA Union that also does MA and IA with Darien above.
In Irina Sykes' case,
- her Primary was Mystic because of the 35 point difference favoring INT,
- but her Tertiary is Ite-Mys (IA & MA).
- Probably because of her loadout.
- Therefor, she's in a MA Union that may or may not do Item Arts on occasion (idr).

Compatibility
Regarding compatibility with other programs, I didn't realize until the release of v0.58 that the spreadsheet would lose so much of what made it useful or easy to use when opened in Excel, even when saved as Excel 2007-365. Should've used that one online program (Collabora) I heard about on Reddit that's free as hell and sounds like a legit copycat of Excel. Meh.
Give LibreOffice a shot if you want the AutoFilters to work. Without them, the Unions sheet is significantly less convenient to use.

Taking a break from the game to play others and do other projects, so this won't get finished any time soon. That being said, the template's laid out and 73%'s already done, so feel free to release your own version for everyone.
If anybody knows a way to automate the copying and pasting of most of the info from wiki to spreadsheet, do tell. I'll be more likely to jump ahead and complete it.
