System Shock is an action role-playing game developed by Looking Glass Technologies and published by Origin Systems. Released in 1994, the game is set aboard the fictional Citadel Station in a cyberpunk vision of 2072. Assuming the role of a nameless hacker, the player attempts to hinder the plans of a malevolent artificial intelligence.
This is a single map archive, to be started as a new game. The player starts in a big room, with a Laser Rapier, targeting hardware and a shield hardware placed in front of them, and they have to fight an endless stream of Cortex Reavers. Energy charge stations are in the four corners, and players must be careful which ones they use. How many reavers can you slay? There is no restoration chamber...

Heya brunocar - simple: I continued hacking the resource files and wrote an editor :) ("simple" in this case would be a hobby project spanning several years already ;)
The project is called "Inky Blackness" and can be found on GitHub. News about the project can be read on the systemshock.org forums.
