If anyone is interested here is a download link of the said Reshade settings. Just extract it to your game directory.
This simple setting includes the following effects:
Bloom, AO, Lensdirt,Gaussian Blur, DOF, Colorfiltering, HighpassSharpening, Clarity and so many more.
dude, this is a awesome graphic mod make the game look so much NEXT-Gen great work but my only complaining was the bleu and red color filter how can I remove it ?
I'll give this a try eventually.
