In Star Wars: Empire at War, players controlled an entire war for the Star Wars galaxy as the Rebel Alliance or the Galactic Empire. Now, they will face off against both of them in Forces of Corruption as a brand new third faction. As Tyber Zann, players will stop at nothing as they seek to further the sinister agenda of the Zann Consortium and become the most notorious criminal leader since Jabba the Hutt. With all new tactics like piracy, kidnapping, and bribery, players can control the shadowy forces of corruption in their attempt to rule the Star Wars underworld.
A Tatooine Multiplayer map where you can play as either Empire or Black Sun Pirates (Rebels). The Rebels have a base in the southwestern part of the map and don't really do much, and there's some other indigenous units to spice things up.
Just take the "ted" file and place it in your "custommaps" folder.
If you do not have one just create one in "C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars Empire at War Forces of Corruption\Data".
I have often wondered what it would be like to play as the Black Sun Pirates in Empire at War. In this map, you can!
While the Jawas visit the Lars Homestead to sell Luke's family them droids, the Rebel Alliance and Galactic Empire prepare to go head to head over the Death Star plans. Jabba the Hutt aides the underground pirate organization at the village to the southeast in turn for a large profit. Young Skywalker, Owen and Beru Lars are unaware of the incoming threats.
Empire Strategy: Retrieve the Death Star plans and finish off the Rebels entrenched on this world. There also is a pirate and Hutt nuisance that may threaten Imperial rule here, not to mention the native fauna being dangerous.
Hutt/Pirate Strategy: The Rebels and Empire are at it again. Let them take each other out, then when one is weakened fighting the other, finish off the stragglers! Get the civilians to back up our strike force, as well as Jabba's mercenaries.
Sidenote: This is the first map that I finished that was made entirely from scratch.
#1 The Rancor den that spawns rancors was moved further away from the canyon wall to reduce the chance of a rancor spawning on the plateau where the Tusken Raider camps are. Sometimes they still appear up there.
#2 Some of the build pads don't work. I don't think its that big of a deal, but I though I'd just warn you (its my first map so go easy on me)
