I have the patch already installed but for some reason one day the patch stopped showing up in my game and when I try to uninstall the patch it wont let me because I don't have access

Patch notes dont say much about the multiplayer coop campaign. Is it safe to assume nothing is done about the multiplayer campaign maps that had a few problems? I know multiplayer campaign was never an official feature but it is still possible albeit clunky.
GOG restored the multiplayer for their copy, and on Steam as well which breaks unofficial updates like this. Is it possible to update this to work with the new update on Steam?

It would seem Steams new update that restores multiplayer broke the update :/
Reinstall it. It worked for me.
EDIT: Reinstall the patch not the entire game.
it working for me. and i have everything fresh installed. i'm using windows 10. Windows 10 supports backwards compatibility for most things.
I made this post before a new rework of this patch was made to work with the online feature of Steam this was done months ago, but thanks for replying.
Is there any way to revert back to the old head up display without uninstalling the patch?

My Battlefront II got updated when the online servers were back and it made the patch and the mods that worked with it not work. What do I do? Do I have to uninstall and install the game and/or the mod again or is there some way to fix it?

I need some help. I have installed the patch, and read the how to install, but it still won't work. The main problem is that the menu.bat file won't stay open, but closes almost immediately.
"The folder name is not valid" when I pointed it to the game's folder through Steam.

You have to remove any spaces or periods at the end of the file path in the installer.

Turns out that selecting a new path randomly throws two periods out in front of the directory.

I cant get this to work. What file do i put this into when it asks me?
Put it into the GameData folder in the Star Wars BF 2 directory
folder is not valid is all I get and when I did to where it was set to NOTHING HAPPENED.
the wizard adds three dots and a slash at the end of the path, you need manually remove it
For some reason, when I tried to extract it, it just says "Folder name not valid" no matter what folder I try.
Mine does the same thing!
delete the two dots ".." that come after the file destination in the installer

Award effects wont go away for some reason.
Has anyone with Windows 10 and the steam version been able to install and run v1.3? I believe I saved it to the right folder, but the new icon in the lower left corner of the instant action menu doesn't appear. Any thoughts? Thanks!!!!
You need the patch 1.2 or 1.3 (which can be found in the mod download files)
The patch goes into the addon folder in the game data folder. If there isn't an addon folder simply create one yourself.
The mod itself goes directly into the star wars battlefront II folder under steam.
