Call of Pripyat takes you once again into the vicinity of the Chernobyl nuclear reactor that exploded in 1986. This so-called "Zone" is a highly contaminated area cordoned off by the military and now is combed through by the so-called stalkers, modern fortune hunters, in search of unique artifacts. In the role of Agent Alexander Degtyarev, who is dressed up as stalker, you have to investigate the mysterious disappearance of five military helicopters and thereby stand one’s ground against the various stalker groups.

I will definitely give this a try and report back in! After playing all those hardcore mods all the time, a vanilla playthrough with just a few graphical improvements is really appreciated :)
yeah well, without Arsenal Overhaul this is worthless to me at least. I hope I can install AO3 as well, then this is exactly what I need
I didn't include Arsenal Overhaul since the mod changes too much to be considered "vanilla". But you could install AO3 on top. I created this mod to be easy for people to add whatever they want on top. Not every person likes the same mods, Some like AO3, while others may like OWR or Gunslinger.
Keep in mind, if you want to install a mod that changes gun play, remove the already buggy Absolute Scopes mod (It's a good mod, but Xray doesn't like it on certain aspect ratios and resolutions.)
This is exactly what I needed. Was going to download some graphical mods, but I ended up finding this. I never even knew the CoP had a bugfix mod.

How do I install gunslinger to play with these mods? If I run gunslinger through its start icon, only gunslinger is activated. If I run CoP through its start icon, these mods only work even though I have gunslinger installed to that directory.

I have, but it's too late to do anything right now. Mod author removed the addon due to problems with ModDB.

how does that video help with installing gunslinger....it doesnt do anything to explain how to add reclomation patch to gunslinger?
