This is wild...! Could new maps be made from scratch? Essentially building a brand new Spyro game!
Yes and no. Currently we can make new maps, spawn enemies, gems but we can't save the progress on it so the moment you exit the level or close the game you lose all your progress.
I think that's okay since I clear a level or two in each playthrough. As long as the levels are gigantic. Is there a tutorial on how to do this? I am thinking of importing Banjo-Kazooie maps.
Making are no different than making a map in Unreal Engine 4, spawning enemies and gems are bit complicated, Github.com's-At-Custom-Levels
pages are bit outdated but it covers most basic stuff, if you need extra help there should be a Discord link for the Spyro modding server on the wiki

After you installed it, backup your save game and go to Artisans Home.
