Small completion. Added work with Hardpoints... bit Bug fix...
This version while without export to TXT!(Work in progress(may be on this week will be finished))At this time remove a bit bugs. Added work with Hardpoints (may be standart tools better but i try)

Work with Hardpoints :Open [Sins TXT Tool][+ Hardpoints workshop] [Hardpoint info] - show info about selected hardpoint (Name,Position,Orientation), filter by Point class * [Add hardpoint] - before pressing ,Select model (Editable mesh). Select hardpoint from list or type manualy (this must be correct name for Sins Engine) Distanse from surface - distance from mesh faces to hardpoint (hardpoint tracking by mesh) Rotation angle - self explain. after pressing [Add...] move mouse in ViewPort over Model and hardpoint wil be slide on a surface.If holds[Alt][Ctrl][Shift] and drag with LMB You can rotate Hardpoint around axis. Right click or [ESc] - Finishes work.Certainly probably and standard editing. * - this depends on an option "Convert coordinate system to Max"
