Basato sul videogioco di Konami Silent Hill 2, questo gioco si ripropone fedelmente al capitolo per PS2, XBOX e WINDOWS dell'ormai lontano 2002. Creato con l'RPG MAKER engine, il gioco tende ad avere un GamePlay ben strutturato e fedele al prodotto originale. STORIA: James Sunderland riceve una lettera dalla moglie Mary morta 3 anni prima dello svolgimento degli eventi. James è confuso ma, durante il suo lungo viaggio nella cittadina fantasma, farà nuove conoscenze. Una delle persone che verrà a conoscere è Maria, una donna affascinante che somiglia incredibilmente alla moglie.
