This mod adds new weapons and upgrades to the game and brings back some features from SR IV (cheats, homies, wages and character and weapon customization). It tweaks a lot of other stuff too.
It has been combined with Rastaman289's SR IV Remade Weapons.
--> HOW TO INSTALL? <--
- Copy everything from 'Files' folder to your Saints Row: Gat Out Of Hell install folder.
- TIP: Saints Row: Gat Out Of Hell install folder will be wherever you installed Steam: ..\Steam\SteamApps\common\Saints Row Gat out of Hell
- You'll need to reset your key bindings in order to make the stores work.
- Go to Menu Options -> Menu Controls -> Menu Set Keys and Buttons and press F1.Spoiler
- Choose 'Yes' if the game asks you are you sure.
- Now go to Menu Options -> Menu Controls -> Menu Set Keys and Buttons -> Menu General and press F1.Spoiler
- Again, choose 'Yes' if the game asks you are you sure.
- Done! Now everything should work properly.
--> HOW TO UNINSTALL? <--
Just copy 'Expanded_Arsenal_Mod_Uninstaller.bat' to your Saints Row: Gat Out Of Hell, launch it and follow the instructions. Then verify the cache via Steam in order to restore original VPP_PC files.
--> HEAVY TRUCKS ADD-ON <--
This add-on makes all big trucks crush smaller vehicles! Just like monster trucks! To have this feature in your game, copy all files from 'Heavy trucks add-on' folder to your Saints Row: Gat Out Of Hell install folder.

This add-on replaces the suppression grenades with satanic ones. If you want to have your superpowers all the time, just copy 'weapons.xtbl' from 'Satanic grenades for the demons add-on' folder to your Saints Row: Gat Out Of Hell install folder.

WEAPONS:
- Added gibbing effect to the rocket launcher.
- You can now switch between sniper scope and normal zoom while using the sniper rifle.
- The sniper rifle now ragdolls enemies.
- Increased the max ammo for some weapons.
- Changed names for some weapons.
SUPERPOWERS:
- Gave the suppression grenades a shorter fuse and longer superpower disabling time. They also explode on contact with the player.
VEHICLES:
- Added gibbing effect to tank weapons.
UNLOCKABLES:
- You won't get Shakespeare's skull for free anymore - you'll have to buy it in Sinterpol Armory.
- Removed more time for activities upgrades because they're completely pointless.
KEYBINDS:
- Added a vertical swing attack to melee weapons - just press W, S, A or D + left mouse button at the same time!
- Fixed the cruise control.
- Restored vehicle scanning (press N to store your current vehicle in the garage).
MISSIONS:
- You can now play as Kinzie in 'Crash The Wedding' mission.
- You can now complete the bro and tragedy demons challenges by killing any NPCs - after taking over New Hades they don't spawn anymore so it's impossible to beat them later in the vanilla game.
WORLD:
- Fire effects have been given a longer lifespan.
- Restored SR2 gas pump explosion physics.
- Improved super NPC AI.
- Increased NPC hadouken damage.
- Improved motorcycle grip.
- Changed the notoriety ped levels to keep the city fully populated during high notoriety levels!
- All decals will now stay permanently.
- Ported 'tweak_table' tweaks from Shitface's Weapon Re-Balance.

- New weapons use substituted models, VFX and SFX.
- There's no way to port more weapon skins because we already replaced all unused SR IV textures.
- We already hit the homies limit so we can't add more of them.
- The default sniper rifle skin has been replaced with 'Crimson' one from SR IV because it looks better in our opinion (and because there wasn't enough space to include it normally). Shadow demons still use the default texture though.
- All changes done in Image as Design and Planet Zin reset every time you change the protagonist.
