Part pinball machine, part 3rd person platformer "Robot Pinball Escape" puts you in the chrome shoes of Tilt, a scrappy transforming robot with a big dream of trying to beat a living pinball tournament to win a rocket-ship and escape to the land of his robo-dreams. Developed by the University of Utah's EAE Master Games Studio Program, Robot Pinball Escape features Tilt, who can transform to play two ways: as a robot or a pinball in a world that focuses on two different planes, a pinball table which you must beat to access aerial platforming challenges.

Interesting concept fairly well executed. The complaints about the timing seem a bit much - even if you fail to complete a mission in the given amount of time, all it does is restart that mission.
Only real problems I came across were the hitboxes on the bumpers seemed a bit larger than the bumpers themselves, especially on the later missions. And some of the controls felt a little loose. I like the energy requirements, and using the pinball mechanics to boost energy for the robot mode. All in all, a very good start, and I'd be interested to see further levels if developed.

not great. the sound effects were annoying. the time limit was not clearly stated. the objective was obvious eventually but the whole scene is so chaotic i had no idea what to do for at least a minute. I managed to complete the first set of things to bump into and then ran out of time for the second. Subsequently rage uninstalled.
