Retroverse is a 2D arcadey action adventure game for Windows where you escape a prison while collecting gems, killing guards, acquiring powerups, and saving other prisoners along the way.
Each playthrough is different, as levels and available powerups are arranged randomly. Compete for the high score, or just see how long you can survive in this endlessly playable and replayable game!

Some background: I have developed Retroverse over the last 9 months with a team of students at the University of Virginia. The game is now fully complete and I am distributing it anywhere I can to get feedback and to see if there is enough interest for me to polish the game up a bit and port it to Mac and Linux, so please download the game, try it out, and let me know your thoughts!
