Resident Evil 3: Nemesis, released in Japan as Biohazard 3: Last Escape is a survival horror video game and the third installment in the Resident Evil series developed and published by Capcom. The game was released for the Sony PlayStation, and was subsequently ported to the Dreamcast, Microsoft Windows and Nintendo GameCube. The game is also available for download on the PlayStation Network for use with both the PlayStation 3 and the PlayStation Portable. The first half of the game occurs 24 hours prior to Resident Evil 2 and the second half takes place two days after. The storyline expands upon the settings and events of the T-Virus outbreak in Raccoon City, and concludes with the fate of the city and its infected population. The game's storyline was later used as the basis for the 2004 film Resident Evil: Apocalypse.

I remember that the water pipe head is in the B world. It should be able to find the version on the way to the tram in the city hall. This version is too long. It is also messy. So I am not very clear. You can go and have a look.

I couldn't find the nozzle but I entered B world through restaurant basement ventilation hole and there is a rusty crank on a dead body in front of the device we use green and blue gems.
Edit: Hose nozzle is somewhere between the city hall and tram in B world.
if possible, I think you should change the room's background in the B world, like making its image bluish or reddish, so people can recognize when they changed from A to B world.

For the people who are searching the crystal stone/gem. Check right corner of the fireplace at clock tower. There is a hidden door but it is very difficult to hit it.
This is a MOD that needs thinking, so it's hard for him.
Ketu, this mod crashed several times when reaching the tram, if one of the 2 nemesis there shoot the rocket launcher, the game crashes sometimes.
