Red Dead Redemption is Rockstar San Diego's newest game. It combines a large and rural open world with a strong third person shooter mechanic. The game follows partially-reformed outlaw John Marston as he rides across the frontier in his quest to capture or kill the former members of his gang. In doing so he will save his family who is held hostage by corrupt FBI agents.

Great game. Would have given it a 10 but the insta-death water and infinite spawning wolves/cougars/bears in RDR is just so retarded, hope RDR2 doesnt do the same.

While I have not finished the campaign, I have got to say the gameplay actually feels a great deal rougher than people take it to be. Gunplay sometimes just feels iffy and there is virtually no cover system or way to be stealthy.
Thre's not much to be said about this game, other than it's so awesome! The only thing that disappointed me in the game is that it was a bit too easy.
