This is Level Master V for Quake, A 1997 shareware/shovelware hybrid CD by Macmillian Digital, It contains 9 brand new Deathmatch levels, 21 new singleplayer levels, new skins, new monsters, a shareware version of Paintshop Pro and WorldCraft, and various other files. This file came from Archive.org and I do not own it, Nor do I have anything to do with the contents of this CD.
