FS15 Cipher_P.pak - replaces skin 04 with a Cipher-based skin.

TO INSTALL:
Go to your Project Wingman directory and navigate to the folder where the game’s main .pak is located, and create a new
folder titled ‘~Mods’. Drag and drop the .pak mod into the ~Mods folder.
Your directory should look something like this:

Project Wingman\ProjectWingman\Content\Paks\~Mods
