WinRAR says it's damaged...
I didn't download it but I think you should try downloading it again but put it into another folder this sometimes works well !
I got the same problem. And the file is only 110bytes! It can't be this small.

I have put the extracted folder into C:\Windows\Media folder (next to the other system sound files) and then modified my existing sound scheme as described in the readme file. It works great. Thanks alot. How about adding some more sounds to it?

Just a suggestion: ain't there any possible alt logon sounds? Maybe something a bit shorter? As for the rest, it's all perfect.
