OK, first off, the GLaDOS boss fight is glitched. When you are in the parking lot, the GLaDOS texture on the ground is the original. In the cake scene, the (textured) orbs kinda glitch texture for a sec when the "lights" turn on. Second, the original portal gun (original, portal 2 original, portal 2 Potatoes) the textures for the portals are wrong. For Peabodys portal gun, it blue and red, not yellow and red. Its good for atlas portal gun though. If you can fix these bugs, this would be the BEST Portal 2 texture pack EVER!
hmm... last time I tested it the P-Body co-op portals were yellow and red. maybe it got corrupted during the download and the portal_blue_color.vtf wasnt fully downloaded so it used the default. try re-downloading the skinpack
OK I am currently re-downloading it. But what about the GLaDOS boss fight? GLaDOS doesn't even drop the cores when the rocket hits it. And (I thing you should do this) the scene when you see GLaDOS on the ground, it's the original texture. And the orb light thing (see previous post). Is this what that new "escape_02.bsp" map was for?
just extract to Steam/SteamApps/common/Portal/portal/custom and play the game
if you have non steam version of the game it might be in

I have no idea what the new map was for, try deleting the escape_02.bsp file from the skinpack and then it will load the normal one

Create a custom folder into : steam/steamapps/common/Portal/portal/. Then, unzip the SkinPack Part #.
Can I use it for my mod?
