Well, normally I should do these things the moment the game account was created, but better late than never!

Welcome to Pirates Adventure, a new epic adventure for the PC!

I am sure many of you remember Zelda 2. I am sure even more of you have fond memories of the Zelda franchise in general. I know I do! Zelda was the game that made me want to be a gamedesigner! I remember the days that I would "borrow" the NES from my parents to play it, only to be grounded. Those were the days :D

But that is all in the past. Now I am a gamedesigner with his own little company. And like all the other game developers, I need to make me some games! So, what better way to start off than with making a game inspired by Zelda?

Meet Pirates Adventure, a throwback to the games of old, but with plenty of new! Well, maybe more new than old. After all, it will be in 2.5D! In the game, you take control of the pirate Morgan, a former captain. He is out for revenge on his first mate, who took his ship by instignating a mutiny. But not all is as it seems, as Morgan will soon find himself part of a larger destiny than he could ever dream of!

Being 2.5D, the game plays as a combination between a sidescrolling game and an action game. Using the 2.5D to its fullest, the game will feature "depth switching", where Morgan can move to the background or foreground. A nice little possibility granted by a 3D world! During his travels, Morgan will gain various skills he needs to solve puzzles and explore the world before him.

I hope you are as interested as I am stoked to make this game! See you later!

Rest assured; this game will get enough enemies to beat up ;). I just haven't had the time yet to make some art regarding the enemies, since I really need to have the core gameplay working before I can start spending time on other things.
