Retro Waves Update is the new patch for Phobos Vector Prime: The First Ring, the frenzied space shoot'em up developed by Gunstar Studio. It's now available for all those players who have already purchased the game in PlayStation®4 (PS4™) across Europe and soon on America at a recommended price of €9.99 / £7.99 and PEGI 7.
This new patch adds a new Survival Mode to the main game. In this new mode you will have to defend three differents areas from the endless attack of the waves of enemies. Each wave will be random, including every type of enemy of Phobos Vector Prime: The First Ring, besides the ones that we’ve developed exclusively for this patch:
— Story Mode: Discover the origin of the Renegade faction with its leader J.L. Brown in this space adventure!
Survival Mode: defends three generators of the infinite waves of enemies.
— New Map: in this new level there will be three zones. Each time the enemies destroy one, you will move on to the next.
— More abilities: in each wave you can use the new defenses to kill the enemies. Turrets, power-ups, factories, doors ...
— Prove your skill: use the new streak system to get more points and share your final rank in socials networks
