Phase Shift is a rhythm game created for Windows PC. The project is currently in open beta, it features single player and multiplayer gameplay modes, including LAN and Online play. The game is focused around community driven content, supporting user created songs and mods. The game features music from various artists such as Souleye, Brad Sucks, Lukhash, Attacking the Mind, Obsidian Shell and On Corinthians, and will continue to expand as development continues. I'm worried. Is this game still being worked on? There hasn't been a new update since Jan 2015

they're still working on it. In fact, they're hoping to bring it over to Steam some day.
Clone Hero replaced it
clone hero is based on guitar hero, not rock band, so it didn't replace it
So is this game still in development? Game should add some visuals do some animations etc...
It's still in development. However, progress is a little slow. The next big thing they want to add is vocal support. There's also talks of some new competitive multiplayer modes.
I'm playing it now and this game is really great! Tho few things are missing for it to be perfect! They need to add note hit counter (how many notes in a row you're hitting and not just announcing when you hit 50 notes or 100 notes etc...) and also whammy bar pitching. And yeah before they do this they need to add vocal support. Another thing is to add instrument volume control while in a song already but if they push it out this can be a great game which can battle guitar hero. :D
So I guess its not in development anymore right?
