Description
Overclocked is a free-flowing action-platformer that mixes combat and fluid movement. Take on the role of Amber, a glass-cannon vigilante who is fighting to protect her home from an enigmatic computer virus that amplifies negative emotions and augments physical strength. As tension mounts and new villains capitalize on the chaos, Amber must rely on her strength and her friends to protect her home.
History
Magnesium Ninja was founded in January of 2011 by a group of high school friends with big dreams and a downright terrible ability to come up with studio names. Over the years, we've been working hard to come up with new, exciting experiences that would fill some of the holes we saw in the industry.
In October of 2012, we released a little horror game called Ascension that blew up far beyond our expectations. Since then, we've been working on a variety of projects, to varying degrees of success.
Overclocked is our most focused effort yet to craft a powerful, lasting experience that stick with our players long after they leave the game behind. We're equal parts excited and terrified to bring this game into the public eye, but the journey to where we are today has been well worth the effort.
