Just like the first game, once you extract the Game (It's Virus Free) there will be extra files. Just Click on Game.exe, the icon from Game.exe will be a dragon. Also of you want the game on your Desktop, create a shortcut of Game.exe, then put it on your Desktop. Then rename it to Outsiders 2 or whatever.
