Is this an engine or a game?
This is an engine, not game. Posted in wrong section + it seems it's dead anyway.
TheDushan. Could you implement few features from OpenWolf to two mods.
I would like to see if you could give The Terminator dev team of True Combat series:
the VOIP component
OpenGL 1.3 renderer (based on Vanilla Renderer from ET):
- Doom 3 .MD5mesh/.MD5anim skeletal model and animation support
- TGA, PNG, JPG, WEBP and DDS format support for textures
Hey, just wanted to say, AMAZING WORK! I know it was both the effort of whoever is working on this engine as well as the guy who created the xreal renderer, but just amazing work. Im glad we are finally getting some capable linux engines
looks cool,isnt it?
hmm.. Interesting project. I'd like to know more about it.
Since it's based on XReal, why isn't there real-time lights, GLSL shaders, etc. mentioned in the Features list?
Any plans on adding support for online leaderboards (Desura for example, or custom) ?
Any plans on supporting Twitter and Facebook?
IQM model format? ( _ttp://lee.fov120.com/iqm/ )
H.264 or even raw AVI video recording (OGV doesn't work with YouTube)?
Thanks!
Hi!. I have updated feature list with latest what I have added inside engine.
For not providing any additional info on XreaL renderer, there isnt really partially answer.
For Twitter and Facebook never thought about it. Can you tell me what would be advantages of using that.
I have contacted Desura support about API integration, but at this moment its halted because I don't have game assets (textures, maps, models, sounds ...).
Because of that reason I have focused myself only on engine improvements and changes.
Its nice but I have a mac too. (Problem is its intel.)
So if you add a intel port it would be really cool.
but nobody cares about macs, they suck for gaming.
Not really. Mac is fun :) But its really hard for developing if you do not own Mac already :(
