Not really, no. They've done better than most people, sure. But it still looks like a Source Engine based game.

I would say both yes and no. The map itself looks and feels like the bfbc2 snow maps.

Ya know, I was just thinking... when I started following this game nearly 2 years ago; I liked the look of the original game much, much more.
Technically, this looks very much like source. Not much we can do about that until they release a real SDK for Source 2011. Artistically, it looks much better.
Ehh yes and no I guess when this group cam in and took over the mod they didn't get the rights to all of the old art and character designs. The Art by the original Mod team was far superior but the guys were very flaky and promised release for like 5-6 years and never released anything. At least these guys got it out the door and didn't hose up the concept.
