Nocturne Editor released by Terminal Reality for their game Nocturne.
The original installer(link below) doesn't work on 64 bit Windows, so I extracted the files and uploaded it here as a RAR archive.
Fileplanet.com
You can edit/view maps and models, or just use it to extract files from POD archives. It does work to some extent for the Blair Witch games too (those used a bit newer version of the engine, extracting files works, but I couldn't view some new models in it).
-- RELEASE NOTES --
The new version of the Nocturne editor makes it easier for you to create your own POD files for distribution to other Nocturne owners. The editor will also now make copies of important files needed when preparing to POD up your own missions. This version also fixes the incremental search on the pick lists, the virtual director settings on user imported sets, and the playing of dialog sound files that are not using a database lookup file.
-- INSTRUCTIONS --
Extract the archive and then copy all the files into the game installation folder and run "nocedit.exe" to start the editor. Read the included documentation inside the "doc" folder for instructions how to use it.
If you have issues running the game on Windows 7 and later, install the latest patch and use dgVoodoo 2. Instructions are in the link below:
