How long can you survive the post-apocalyptic wastelands of NEO Scavenger? In the near-future, supernatural activity and human warfare have fragmented mankind into pockets of civilization struggling to survive in wild and dangerous lands. You awaken alone in an abandoned facility with no food nor water, and only a hospital gown and some mysterious items as clues to your identity. NEO Scavenger is a game where you must survive in the wasteland long enough to figure out who you are. Each turn you must decide where to go, how to scavenge for supplies, and how to deal with anything and anyone you encounter. And with each passing minute, the pit in your stomach grows, your dehydration worsens, your muscles tire, and your body temperature drops in the cold autumn air. Choose your starting abilities carefully, because they and your wit are the only tools you have in the apocalypse!

First off: Excuse me for not going to the official forums but I simply don't want to sign up somewhere new all the time, even when i like a game.

Now, after numerous runs through NEO Scavenger and my last one lasting a quite successful 60 days I feel like I'm in a good position to judge the current state of the game and make some suggestions and express what I would hope to see in the game.
In no particular order:

More social interactions: The wilderness isn't quite as empty as it appears, the church of the frog, the enclaves and tribes all have a place in the random encounters but one never finds any settlements with which to interact which reduces these groups to a handful of "Random stuff is happening, chose one response and that's it." situations. DMC also could do with a shady bar in which one can find people that might need some experienced Scavenger to do an arrant or something more risky.

Money means nothing: Once you are in the city and have all the eye augs there really isn't much you can do with your money, my last run ended with $17k burning a hole in my pocket but DMC seems just like the place where money could open a lot of doors to something useful or interesting.

The combat system needs a lot of work: The Pokémon style of combat just barely manages to be ok when facing of against one opponent but as soon as there are 2 the whole thing falls apart and simply isn't fun anymore. Two purely virtual distances to enemies and having to cycle between them to figure out the status of each target is clunky and simply renders the whole system "not fun".
To make a concrete suggestion: A mini grid resembling the current tile in which the player and NPCs actually move around. Distances to each target are quite obvious and other status information are just a mouse-over away plus having visual indicators for terrain and cover would really be beneficial to the depth and usability of the entire system.

Dump the contents of one container straight into another one: I would really, really love to not have to put items from one backpack into another one by one.
An option to move all the content for one container into another container of equal or larger size while keeping the order of items would be really sweet.

Repair options in crafting, especially clothes: I would love to be able to put a couple of squirrel pelts and some twine into my squirrel tunic to add some percentage points to it's condition and not having to wait for stuff to fall apart and then replace all of it.

Highly unlikely magical unicorn and fairy dust wish: Ditch the Flash engine for something less awful while there is still time. The loading times are quite abysmal already and I doubt it will get any better with more content and features making it into the game. I'm sure it seemed like a good idea at the time but is that still true today?
