You can easily make animated characters when you select them,before you click you chose that character...like he jumps and says let's go or you are going down....
Btw I am pretty sure it's Naruto Uzumaki :)

nice, but i think geometry outline is better choice than post process.
The best way would be if you use geometry otlines for body and this kind of post process for hair.
