Again, I had a really nice time with this game. The conclusion was quite dramatic, although I had a little misunderstanding about the timeline in the game. I got the impression that the ghost had been there hundreds of years, given that the manor is about 300 years old, and the ghost is famous etc. So when her diary spoke about her 'Albert' I thought that this was not the same person as the Albert who was in the manor now. So my thoughts were that she had become more active and vicious now because of a new 'Albert' who is not her 'Albert'. So, this humble player misunderstood a bit.
Otherwise a very satisfying little game. There was a bug which deleted my save file (player beware!). I rang the bell and then tried to save before Albert came. This caused the screen to be stuck on the save menu. Had to Alt+F4, and then when I went back into the game: my save was gone! Horror of horrors!
Thanks again. Looking forward to the 3rd case.
