After several months of hiatus, I came back to the development of Miseriae Trials. The game was announced in April/2016, and was almost fully developed around June of the same year. But after I considered some creative decisions about the design, and -mainly- the minimalistic style of it, I wasn´t satisfied with te result. So I put it on hiatus until April/2017 when I started trying another visual style. After testing several ideas, at the beggining of July/2017 I chose the new graphic style that you can see below.
(NOTE: The screenshots are in Spanish but the final version will be also in English. The available "options" are intentionally hidden and will be revealed on the launch)
As you can see, the new visuals are more complex, and I think is the right step to take to move forward. Also, after a strong evaluation of the game concept, I redesigned some elements of the gameplay, game flow, script and other details. The previous concept of the game prevails, but more polished and revamped, so I think it was a good idea to put Miseriae Trials on hiatus until now.
At this point, the devolpment of the game is on the way and I´m very exited to announce the release date is... November, 2017! For FREE, in digital format. You´re going to be able to play it and share it without restrictions.
