Vines on a floating island!
I wonder if the arrows would just stick in the vines, fly through or break them and all the vines that are connected under the one you hit (like in terraria) , that would be awesome!
And i hope you can climb them WITH a chance of breaking them xD
Good vines,on a different matter of subject,you can see the new biome,that sorta brownish colour gives me the idea it's probably the planes biome and next to it is the mountain biome it seems.....
I think 1.8 will kill my social life XD

I'm not sure if someone else said this but I don't think it is a tree, it is a floating mountain. So cool.
It somewhat reminds me of weeping willow xD

I spawned in a swamp biome, it looked really cool, just I was a bit dissapointed the water is the same. It could be more greenish or something. I hope they'll add it, but even if they don't, there will probably be mod for that.
