Except the normal Carrera GT car, the police car has more fun, and many features of it, will turn on its sirens when it get moves and turns off when the car engine's off.

Those are easy you know how to do the animations for the the start and work animations right, the doors are separated to their own entity and into their own selection set and have the IK point at the hinge of the door and then add them both to the animation or such. I'd check the def files to see how they link the animations to the vehicle. (the crew.txt files too)
can i use it in MoWAS ?
I didn't tested it in MoW:AS, but it might works with it.
Time to drive some high-end sports cars under heavy machine gun fire !
