This file will allow all infantry to aim up/down at 90 degrees, please make a backup of your human.mdl file in the humanskin/human folder.
Installation:
drag the human folder to your resource/entity/humanskin/ folder in any mod your using.
By default, the look up/down height is at 30 degrees
This prevents units from aiming at tall buildings, airplanes, and aiming above/below themselves unless the target is far away enough for the range to spread out.
This limitation makes close quarters combat with tall buildings practically impossible to simulate properly
With "bone planarsocket ik_socket" set to "{limit 90}" in human.mdl, units can aim up/down at 90 degrees, allowing them to target and exchange fire with enemy infantry at a higher altitude instead of stopping their aim at 30 degrees and staying in cover.
CONS: When the infantry is looking around, they will look at their shoes at a 90 degree angle down when they stop moving, which looks weird, you'll see.
