There is a slight problem the penetration of the main gun, compare it with this Fas.org , penetrations at the bottom.
Other than that the model, armour and the ultimate rapid fire grenade launcher(infantry are screwed ;D) are epic as well as the 40mm penetrating minigun.
i was working on it many months ago, at that point i wasnt able or just way to lazy to make a more op gun xD
Pity, it takes away the most of the power of the tank.
It's because it uses the 128mm PaK 44.

@Curtis - If I'm not mistaken, there's no M105 only M103 Thetankchannel.com of which Jonvigo's mod Tanks of War, has the heavy tank M103 on it.
U can take jovingo's mod but that is for MoW not for MoW:AS , but he said he will make mod for AS too ;)
Maybe make a skin pack for the tank?

one problem someone made a mini mision with this mod and the gun moves realy weird in the turret
