Introduction

Medical Division puts you in charge of managing an hospital all by yourself putting your management and construction skills to the test!
You have control over every single aspect of management of the hospital from basic construction to managing each ward workflow.

Multifloor

In Medical Division you can plan building your hospital on different floors. This will allow you to create efficient hospitals, unleash your creativity, unlock new types of doctors, objects, new wards and departments!

Choice system

Your choices matter, whether you're aiming for the good of the hospital or for the good of your wallet, they will affect directly the status of your hospital your patients and your staff.

You will have different ways to create and manage services that will be needed in the hospital, either from outsourcing or keeping them internal, this will have different advantages and disadvantages, depending on what you choose.
It's your choice!

Active monitor and staff experience

All of your personnel has an experience level. If they do their job correctly, they will gain experience, which will result in your employee working better and better.

With that they will also have bonuses and maluses, those can be permanent or temporary, and they will affect the way your employee works, they can become faster or slower, make less or more mistakes and so on. It all depends on how you treat them, so pay attention to that!
These stats can be viewed in detail when you hire them, or via the in-game Active monitor that contains all the informations about the selected employee.

Player experience and object tiers

Throughout the gameplay you will have access to different construction objects and management options depending on your experience level. This will allow you to unlock new objects and staff type!
You will gain experience based on the level of your hospital that will be affected directly by your prestige level, hospital capacity, management style, maintenance level and other variables.

In addition to that, some object have a tier level. The higher is the tier, the higher the quality and functionality will be, and they will require less maintenance. With each tier upgrade the object will receive a visual upgrade!
This is all here to make your hospital more functional, increase your reputation and the reliability!

Random events

During your playthrough random events will occur, from simple staff demands to earthquakes, power outages and many more.
Those events are designed specifically with the intention of keeping the game always funny and enjoyable but still giving you with a continuous challenge to test the adaptability of your hospital to all situations.

Some of them will have different outcomes depending on how you choose to handle them, so be careful!
