Description
This .7z archive contains .DLL files and scripts of Max Payne 2 official patch. You can use it if you can't install official patch with installer. Make sure you are using .RAS archives instead of 'data' folder before installation. Just make backup of original files in case if something will go wrong, drop all files and folders into main game folder and replace old files.

how do i fix the cutscene black screen
Haven't played this game in ages but maybe it's a bink error.
Install "The RAD Video Tools": The RAD Video Tools (includes Bink) for all Windows versions
Radgametools.com ,it will put bink dlls into your system for playing the cutscene/video in a lot of games.
Even it's not the reason,could be directx problem ,it's still a good idea to install Radvideo tools if you do a lot of gaming.
