The red canisters are for power-ups, which are restore health, shield, or instant kill everything on screen. Every once in a while is a mini-boss Geth, and then a boss Sovereign. It's a pretty simple game, and this game is far from done. Also, all images used are purely for enjoyment of making the game.
Well, i uh, that was very weird.
