Legionwood 2: Rise of the Eternal's Realm is a fantasy Role Playing Game (RPG) in the style of classics like Chrono Trigger and Dragon Quest and the long awaited sequel to Legionwood: Tale of the Two Swords.
Playing as an elite imperial soldier trying to protect their homeland, you'll get to explore a massive, fully detailed medieval empire filled with daring adventures, outlandish treasures and dramatic conflicts. Along the way, you'll have to contend with the likes of political corruption, zombie hordes, the onset of war and a game world that changes depending on your choices and actions. Will you be the one who saves Legionwood, or will you be the one who dooms it to an age of darkness?

Update:
It's recently been brought to our attention that installing Legionwood 2 into the Program Files may prevent it from being able to write saves on some systems -- namely those running Windows Vista/7 with User Account Control turned on.
There is a simple fix for this: you can either install Legionwood 2 into a different directory (C/Games/Legionwood 2 works well) or simply run Legionwood 2 in Administrator Mode. You can do this by right-clicking on your game shortcut, selecting Properties, and then ticking the "Run in Administrator Mode" box under the Compatibility tab.
Small Update:
Hey everyone.
In preparation for the full game's release next week, I've made the current demo of Legionwood 2 unavailable for download. This demo was derived from a slightly older test build of the game and will soon be replaced with a demo more representative of the final product.
This new demo should be available some time next week and will allow you to play Legionwood 2 for one hour for free. You'll be able to purchase a key for the full version of the game right from inside the demo. In the meantime, there are still some older beta versions of the game floating around (a Google search for "Legionwood 2 beta" should suffice) for those who are itching to set out on their quest, though keep in mind that this particular build is very outdated and is unsupported if things should go wrong.
Happy adventuring!
I started a playthrough on this game!

Small update:
For those who are having trouble finishing Mount Gurgan (the morality system was screwing up with the end cutscene being triggered), Beta 4.2 will soon be online, which fixes this and a bunch of other stuff. A "patch" version will also be available so you don't have to download the whole game again -- just copy and paste the new Data folder into your existing game directory.
Sorry for any frustration!
