In 1936, Wealthy Industrialist Marcus B Killdare builds his dream home, Killdare Manor on its own 27 acre estate, equipped with full staff and grounds keepers.

5 years later both the house and grounds lie dormant. Staff and all know residents missing.

Killdare Estate lie abandoned until 1962, when its foreclosed and auctioned off sight unseen to Brandon Powers, a local real-estate titan. On Jan 11, 1963, Powers and his staff entered the house and were never seen again.

A police investigation was quickly launched and two agents disappear during a routine search of the house. This initiates a manhunt across the property until the case is suddenly closed when the remaining officers flee the estate, refusing to return. The final report states the reason as “Unexplained Phenomenon”.

1985, Tom and Wendy Rhider purchase the Killdare Estate and promptly move into the manor with their only son, Jonathan Rhider. After three days they vanish without a trace.
