The menu doesn't even run in source, you could have just as incredible a menu placed into a game made in 1991 or 2011, the engine has very little influence over it.

Thats not true. It's quite difficult to replace the buttons etc. in source. That's why most mods have the same menu alignment like in Hl2
It would be just as difficult to do in any other engine though :l

Good Job! Is it Somehow animated? Like the buttons will get bigger while hoovering over them, the recflection dots will Move ( Red, wet stuff in the back)? I like it alot- Even without Movement ;)

AralNet? I like how this menu keeps the same style as the new HUD. Did you do away with the burnt wood/paper look entirely?
Everything awesome but i can`t stand look at that title. It would be better with N instead of И and with normal R instead of Я `cause even though it looks cool, in Cyrillic alphabet those two letters mean something completely different.
I kinda like basic idea od stylistic cryllic, yet it looks just weird when every letter is swapped. It would have been best if just "N" looked different.

One of the main reasons I'm such a fan of the modding community is to experience the amazing ingenuity and artistic creativity of modders today. Every engine has it's hard-coded limitations, yes, but the savvy developers imagination can always find a way to keep giving us something we never expected to see.
This is a prime example of the outstanding creative innovations that continue to deliver impressive new original concepts and content that I look for. Wonderfully done !
