Sadly does not work, still tries to download from a dead website and the uwp files are requesting a password in 7zip?
Not working for the HP3 editor sadly but the rest you can use by double clicking them after initially opening UW_Hub. The HP3 one though says its an update and the editor is required but can't be downloaded. Launches you to a alternative download but it's the same uwp file that says it needs the editor to install the update
By the way, modding tools should never rely on the internet. They're not made by huge companies and in 90% of cases they end up dead useless things because the creator never released the source code and it relies on a server that is long gone
