what i wonder about are some areas which seem unknown to me, but i played the version 1111 hl-singleplayer atleast 4 times

I think in the beta the barneys were Military Police, so they were with the government so they also were with the military cover up. (I got this information from the Combine Wiki (Their Youtube page to be more accurate) They have a video in one part where a barney shoved a scientist to one of the aliens and ran away)
Those blood effects were so ******* great.

The sattelite dish is from Uplink(a cut level)
The part with barney at a desk is from anomalous materials(Sector C lobby)
The part where there are some targets on the right wall is just before the experiment("They're waiting for you Gordon, in the tessst chamber")
The part where he is first shooting the Barney is from Questionable Ethics.
To correct it, the part with Barney at a desk is from Communications Center as well as the satellite dish, and the control room with targets on the right wall.
I would like to have that Blue, red eyed puppy thing as a pet, looks useful... why did they remove that =(
