Griefhelm is a 2D Sidescroller dueling game with direction-based combat. A mix of Nidhogg and Mount & blade. The game will feature couch-play as well as online play.

I have been getting information for animations and some fencing dynamics from the Flos Duellatorum, one of the oldest surviving fencing manuals authored by Fiore dei Liberi, italian knight and fencing master who lived here in Udine where the game is being developed! Truly an honor!
