ADVANCE: Open your txd workshop or img tool and replace the "player"with the player image you have. Do that to the gta 3 files gta3.img and txd.img. Now if you did it the basic way Claude will change outfits during the "Give Me Liberty" mission but if you have a prison uniform skin that goes with the regular skin then repeat the same process. NOTICE: this is ONLY for GTA 3 skins and ONLY for the player model!
How To Install GTA 3 Skin mods
BASIC: Put the skin into your skins folder located in your gta 3 folder (where ever that is located) and launch the game go to your settings and player setup and change the skin!
