The magical barrier sealing the mine valley of Khorinis has been opened, and the prisoners and rogues once held inside have teemed out into the countryside. Outside towns wall, nobody is safe from their armed raids, and food stocks are diminishing rapidly. It is civil war.
A very recomendable RPG.
Better than original game
It's a very good game, but like a typical production from Piranha Bytes, it suffers from many certain quirks that are inbuilt into its premise and design.

Such an AMAZING game, its sad how few people have actually played this masterpiece, this is the best of the three, and one of my top 5 games of all time, as well as one of the best expansions ever made.

One of the best RPGs of its time. I never had so much fun playing, and replay a game. Still play it today, and it brings back so many memories. Definitely should be played by all.
GOTHIC 2 Review
Gothic is one of the best games ever made because of following points:
-large detailled world with lots of interaction
-the humor is brilliant^^
-60+ hours of Gameplay plus replayability (skills,discovering more things and so on)
-NPCs react very realistic that means if you do for example smth. stupid they will laugh at you or if you enter their house(without asking) they will follow you and threat you
-Skill system
-Non linear world that means you can go where ever you want
-and so on...
SO BUY THIS GAME 10/10
