Ruins of Goth?
Yeah..this is what I love. Gothic and medieval. I'm sure you did play Gothic series. This ruins can be even more detailed =D. Make things small but very detailed. Even if it's a MMORPG we are talking about =P. For the sake of players will find each other not loss in a annoying big world like other games have. Two Worlds 2 example (that it's not even a MMORPG)
