1. Basic things

Why is it taking so long such a small project like RetroWars to accomplish? Well, many people do not know how much work really relates to such a project. Although the programming work takes the most time-consuming, there are many other time comsuming things that the only developer of that project has to deal with.We are talking about the graphics creation, legal clarification (licenses, etc.), the website creation (again design and programming work), and the website-care (the writing of such texts here) and negotiation with publishers / customers etc. All this work falls to a single person, who lives a quite normal life next to the software development, which also suffers from time to time from the stress.Maybe you can spend some imagine why RetroWars is still not finished. Believe me, my nerves are already regularly blank when I think of it.

2. Game play

The game play itself has not changed a lot. There are now 5 levels to choose from and these levels get harder. For each level represented in the game as a planet of a solar system has its own high score table.

3. Full & demo version

RetroWars will be released as a full and a demo version. There are currently negotiations with publishers in progress and I hope soon to announce an official release. While the demo is free, of course, the full version fails with a few euros. The price will be between 5 and 10 € – representing just an “allowance” because so much time and money ran into the project.
